A 30 minute therapeutic (relaxing or deep tissue) massage is customized to address a specific area of muscular tension or pain.
If you wish to address multiple areas of muscular tension or receive a full-body massage, a 60 or 90 minute session is recommended.
Each 60 minute therapeutic (relaxing or deep tissue) massage is customized to address your specific needs.
Your massage may include use of a variety of modalities (if desired) including Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Hypervolt, and/or Cupping Massage to provide you with the best possible outcome.
