I can design a program of exercises and stretches to help you make progress in your recovery between sessions. Since new discoveries are being made every day about how the body functions, I regularly expand my knowledge base and tools to understand and implement new techniques to support the body.

As an expert in massage therapy for active people, my goal is to help athletes of all levels reduce muscle soreness and tension, overcome and prevent injuries, as well as improve range of motion, flexibility, and strength.

I accept payment by cash or major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), including HSA and FSA cards.
The application of pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue in order to release tension and promote blood flow.
The application of medical-grade suction cups over painful areas in order to promote blood flow and reduce pain and inflammation.
The application of active stretches in order to increase strength and passive stretches to increase flexibility.

If I am not able to make a scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
I agree to pay $50 or 50% of the session rate (whichever is greater) if I give less than 24 hours notice.
2. I agree to pay the full session rate if I give 2 hours notice or less, or if I miss an appointment without giving notice.
3. If, within 24 hours of my session, I develop a contagious illness, or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering me unable to make my appointment, I will inform Montgomery County Sports Massage right away, and if they are unable to fill my vacancy, I will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 2 hours notice), unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Montgomery County Sports Massage.
