I am committed to helping you take a proactive role in staying healthy. With healthcare, cost continuing to skyrocket, and accessibility to affordable healthcare shrinking we are faced with the reality that each and every one of us must take a more active role in managing our health. I am located in Melbourne near the downtown area. As a former Fortune 500 Management Consultant, I know only too well how stress and repetitive motion injuries can ravage the body.

Retired from 20+ years in Corporate America I have redirected my skills and energy to helping others build and maintain a healthy lifestyle in an otherwise unhealthy world. I have long been a proponent of holistic and alternative health modalities. A Reiki Master since 1996, in addition to completing my State and National certification in Massage Therapy I have studied under the Rosemary Gladstar School of Herbology, Jeanne Rose School of Aromatherapy and have completed 4 levels of intensive Pranic Healing training.

My interest in holistic health and alternative and complementary healing modalities stems from my own struggle with stress-related illnesses (Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and Aortic Insufficiency).
