I have always been fascinated with human body mechanics, especially during my 8 years of dance.
It made me think that there must be more to gaining balance than to just practice.
After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), my desire took me to increase my skill sets by diving deep into the teachings of Yoga.
Yoga has made me look more at the breath and the chaotic mind, while having another perspective of the body's alignment and function.
Through my years of experience of both massage therapy and yoga, I've found the need to meet others exactly where they are by using the skills I've learned from different perspectives.

Once scheduled and confirmed, your massage therapist or yoga instructor will show up at your door 10 minutes prior to scheduled time for consultation and to set up.
All you need to do is be at home hydrated and ready to be pampered.
A: For one massage table, a good 6x9 ft. of floor space is a nice minimum.
For couples massage (two massage tables side by side) a minimum or 14x10 foot space is tight, but doable.
Most massage tables are just under 3ft wide and 7ft long, then extra space is needed to move around the table and work.
All you need to do is be at home hydrated and ready to be pampered.
