I customize every session to meet the unique therapeutic needs of each client. I will take the time to listen to your concerns, carefully analyze your signs and symptoms and provide you with the highest quality care possible. If a solution is not obvious, I will make every effort to find the answers. I will work WITH you to help you feel your best.

A native of the Fox Valley, Kathryn graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee. She has been practicing massage full-time since her graduation in 2010 with a focus on therapeutic massage with a special interest in chronic pain conditions.

Kathryn's experiences with her own chronic pain, helping others on their health journeys and being on the front lines of the wellness industry has developed her passion for customized, inclusive health and wellness care that is centered around each person's unique experiences and needs.Her personal experience with diet culture and its effects on her physical, mental and emotional health lead her to add certification as an Intuitive Eating Facilitator and wellness coach.

Great for general relaxation, Swedish massage uses long gliding strokes, gentle kneading and compression to release mild muscle tension, reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
Therapeutic massage is customized to address the unique needs of each individual client.
It may include a variety of modalities including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, neuromuscular facilitation, massage cupping and many more.
Clients should be prepared to communicate with the therapist regarding their comfort level throughout the massage and any health concerns to ensure the best treatment result possible.
Founded in the principles of Intuitive Eating and aligned with Health at Every Size, my wellness coaching is designed to work WITH you to help you move towards your UNIQUE definition of wellness.
I strive to help each person improve their quality of life through realistic, sustainable steps, developed WITH you to support YOUR needs and YOUR life.
There are 10 basic principles, but ultimately, the goal of all of these principles is to help you reconnect with your individual internal signals and cues telling you what your body needs and what feels best, physically mentally and emotionally.
Our goal is to help free you from all of the EXTERNAL pressures and "shoulds" about how you are "supposed to" eat, move and look so that you can feel your best AND feel at peace with food, movement and body.
It's very important to understand that Intuitive Eating is NOT a weight loss program.

Anyone who has ever managed chronic pain or a chronic disease knows how difficult it can be to maintain a clear picture of your symptoms and progress over time, let alone communicate that to your health care providers.
And yet, the ability to track and communicate your progress with some level of accuracy can be instrumental in receiving the best possible care and ultimately feeling your best.
Symptoms, by their very definition, are entirely subjective.
Unlike measurable signs such as temperature, blood counts or blood pressure, symptoms such as pain can only be gauged based on the sufferer's perception and description.
