The integration of stretching, hot towels and her homemade balms make the experience one to come back for. When I recently threw out my chronic lower back, I reached out to Amber for massage therapy. I scheduled a session with new masseur Jemison. This obviously physically powerful man took the time to ask questions about my back and condition and expectations.

Then he started working on me. Jemison is one strong dude. At the end of my 90-minute work, I felt like my back was back in line as it should be, my hips released, and generally satisfied with a great massage.

A Health Coach is for everyone, but by working with Amber Stevens, you are adopting a Mindful Eating and Mindful Living practice.
This style of coaching is best for women and men, young and old, pregnant, family-centered, athletic or not - it fits all; but is not a one-size-fits-all.
Massage therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing still in use today.

It's our natural instinct to touch the areas of pain or discomfort, bringing relief.
The touch is comforting and familiar.
However, massage works on a deeper level, stimulating circulation, relaxing muscle tension, rehabilitating injuries and more.
While each technique provides benefits as its own modality, we use an INTEGRATED approach to draw from each in order to tailor the massage to you.

I am Amber Stevens, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Mindful Eating Instructor.
Through my private practice, and my own experience, I have guided hundreds of people through their emotional jungle to come out refreshed and empowered on the other side.
These journeys have helped me to uncover some universal truths to our behaviors, habits, and connections with food.
And I have decided that they are way too good to keep to myself or to share with one person at a time!
My daughter's recommendation brought me to Amber after a fall on ice that injured my back.
Her patient listening and wonderful hands have brought me almost back to normal again!
Amber spends time each visit inquiring about my ongoing physical health.
Her listening skills direct her to the parts on my body that need the most attention.
I find that every visit leaves me feeling "worked on" and back in line with where my body needs to be.
