Very easy on-line booking and ample time options to accommodate busy schedules. Great experience from the moment you walk in, low lighting, very serene. There was little or no check-in or waiting time. We were brought to the massage room immediately which was very well done, spacious and peaceful. Absolutely loved the dcor and aesthetic. The therapist asked what areas needed focus and immediately she targets those muscle groups and follows my requests with confidence and consideration.
It was a very relaxing and needed massage, a wonderful and very professional experience. Definitely looking forward in going again! I've been coming here for several years and have gotten a consistently solid massage - therapists are responsive to feedback during the session, customer service is exceptional (the owner Antonio is a gem), and their hours are extensive - open every single day until 10pm - rare even in a city.
