Neuromuscular therapy, or Neuromuscular Massage, is a precise, thorough treatment of soft tissues.
It gets right to the source of pain - dysfunctional areas in your muscles.
Treatments involve applying pressure to very specific points in your muscles (trigger points, or muscle knots), gentle stretching, and gliding techniques to increase circulation.
The pressure applied works with your body, so while there will likely be some tenderness, the treatments are not painful.
This approach makes Neuromuscular massage effective and gentle, so it's safe for almost everyone to receive.

Late arrivals: While I accommodate as much as possible, sometimes arriving late will result in a shorter massage.
