I enjoy providing therapeutic deep tissue massage, sports massage, pre-natal and post-partum massage, relaxation massage and hot stones massage, and I specialize in focused clinical massage for the relief of chronic or acute musculoskeletal conditions.

I have supported the healing processes of clients with a wide range of health conditions including pregnancy-related discomforts, cancer, hip replacement surgery, migraines, car accidents, thoracic outlet syndrome, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain/stiffness in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms, legs and feet.I also specialize in full-body relaxation treatments.

In 2011, I graduated from a 700-hour training program in relaxation and therapeutic massage through Touchstone Healing Arts. I went on to receive my national certification in massage therapy. Before turning my attention fully to my private practice, I was employed for several years by two local chiropractors, Onion River Chiropractic and Cedarwood Chiropractic.
Services
Therapeutic Massage - A focused or full-body session incorporating a blend of massage techniques to maximize pain relief and the healing of chronic or acute musculoskeletal conditions.
30 minutes - $50. 60 minutes - $85. 90 minutes - $120.
120 minutes - $160.
Relaxation Massage - A full-body session incorporating a blend of massage techniques to maximize tension reduction, relaxation and enjoyment.
Pre-natal or Post-partum Massage - Pregnancy and labor place specific demands on our bodies.
Fortunately, massage can relieve many of the common discomforts of pregnancy (hip pain, low back pain, pelvic pain, etc.), prepare you for a healthy and relaxed labor, and assist your body to fully recover once baby has arrived.
My regular practice hours are Monday and Wednesdays (11am to 4:30pm), and Fridays (12pm to 6pm).
My practice is located on the 4th floor of the Richardson Place building, at 2 Church Street, in Burlington.
Richardson Place, on the corner of Church & Pearl, is a unique red brick building with many pointy turrets!
The office entrance is located on Church Street between the deli and shoe store.
When you exit the elevator (or stairs) on the 4th floor, take a right and head down the hallway.
My office is on the left and is marked with a sign.
I always look forward to my healing time with Kirsten.
I was so happy to find her because other therapists always seemed hesitant to do any deep work on certain spots of my neck.
Kirsten was willing to work with my specific needs, find my level of comfort and help bring my tight muscles back into a state of elasticity.
Post-massage is about the only time I don't experience that dull aching pain in my neck.
Kirsten saved me two days before my first half marathon!
My hip was really bothering me in my long training runs.
