Massage therapy will be performed on a heated table, and aloe-based lotion (rather than oil) is used to reduce friction. Rates are based on the amount of time a client wants on the table instead of the type of therapy performed. A full body session plus focused work on an area that needs more attention or specific concentration. Please honor the commitment of our staff to serve you by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

The Period Project provides a small bag filled with pads, feminine wipes, disposable underwear and other items to deal with this transition. The first 20 bags were donated to Luna Prep Middle School in Deep Ellum, 30 bags went to Greiner Middle School, 20 to Quintanilla Middle School, then another 15 to Greiner.

You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session. The therapist will leave the room while you undress, get on the table, and cover yourself with the top sheet. A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, hands, glutes, legs, feet, head, neck, and shoulders. If you would like to avoid an area, please let your therapist know before the massage.
