We offer Therapeutic and Relaxation Massages with options for hot stones and cupping therapy. Other offerings include the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release, Couples and Four-Handed Massages, and Reiki. We believe movement is medicine and manual therapy to be a unique science and form of art. Art heals. Our mission is to create a calming, healing environment to aide others in expanding their awareness in pursuit of bodily balance.

Our vision is to assist others on the path of finding their own self-care practice by sharing our knowledge from our holistic values and practice.

Tools such as stones, cups and stretching will be utilized as necessary.
We are a small treatment room located inside Yama Yoga, one block away from the Public Market in the Third Ward of Milwaukee.
Look out for the faceless buffalo as well as Yama Yoga's signage on the front entrance of the building.
You can find free parking near Menomonee St., Jackson St., Jefferson St., the end of Milwaukee St and also on S Water.
These options are 5-10min walking distance.
If you would like to schedule your appointment around a yoga class, Yama Yoga's schedule is available here.
Currently, I offer two weekly public Yoga class at Yama Yoga.
The classes are Yang Yoga every Thursday @ 5:30 pm CDT and Yin Yoga every Thursday at 7:00 pm CDT.
The intention of this class is to stoke the inner fire with breathwork and flowing postures.
This is a slow and restorative practice with time for meditation.
We use props to support us in restorative postures with long holds to create space for release in the connective tissue of the body.
For virtual classes, please have Zoom downloaded on either your computer or your phone and sign up through Yama Yoga's virtual class schedule.
