With more than eight years of experience as a massage therapist in New York, I use a broad range of manual therapies and techniques to deliver holistic pain and stress relief to all my clients. Offering mobile massage services to your home or a convenient location throughout Manhattan, I strive to help you discover your own personal path to optimal wellness.

Each session is unique and begins with a one-on-one consultation to design a customized, holistic therapeutic approach based on your unique needs. Together, I will work with you to pinpoint your source of pain or stress and will work towards eliminating it, while creating a safe space that allows you to listen closely to your body.

The body is a complex structure, and massage can help you become more aware of tensions that need to be addressed, enabling the body to release physical tightness to help you find emotional balance.Find out more by scheduling your personal consultation today!
Services
The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy.
It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the topmost layers of muscles.
This is also combined with movement of the joints.
By relieving muscle tension.
Swedish massage therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.
And it may even help after and injury.
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.
The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Trauma touch therapy works to integrate the pieces again.
It provides a slow application of touch that helps people reconnect with their bodies.
The body is meant to be experienced as a beautiful and loving place to be within.
However, many people who have experienced trauma do not relate to their bodies in this way.
Our body's physiology is tied to receiving healthy touch.
When we do not receive healthy touch or have been abused, then it becomes more difficult to feel the power of the body, to connect to it within ourselves, and with others.
