Here's what I do: I soothe souls. It's as simple as that. If you're looking for a soothing, take-away-my-stress massage, then come on in. I'm all about giving the type of massage that renews, refreshes, relaxes, and restores the body. My goal is for you to feel peaceful when you leave and to restore tired and sore muscles to a state of relaxation.

I am committed to your comfort, your satisfaction, your well-being. No two massages are alike because no two people are! Every massage I do is customized to meet your needs at the appointment. If all you are looking for is to relax and unwind, then a Swedish massage may be all you need. If you are in need of deeper work to release tense muscles, then I include deep tissue work on those areas.

It's your call. I've been in business for over 15 years and I've taken courses in advanced soft tissue, headache management, aromatherapy, stress management, physiology, and stretching. I continue to expand my knowledge with courses and seminars every year.
Services
My name is Penny Carlson and I am the owner of Exhale Massage Studio.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Wisconsin.
I practice on the basis and belief that massage is truly a healing channel for not only the body, but for the heart and mind as well.
There simply is nothing like the caring, therapeutic touch a massage can give.
In our high tech world where we never even need to come face-to-face or even speak to another human being, a massage gives both client and therapist a wonderful opportunity to connect once again.
At Exhale, you don't have to choose between Swedish or relaxation or deep tissue massage.
I do what I've coined "Deep Swedish" massage, incorporating long fluid rhythmic strokes for relaxation along with deep tissue or pressure point therapy for those areas where tightness occurs.
The point is to induce a nice relaxation while reducing your pain points.
This is my most popular massage.
For when you don't have a lot of time, but want to unwind a bit.
Head, hands, and feet only.
No undressing necessary except for socks and shoes.
These are just some of the physical benefits.
The emotional well-being one can receive from a caring and nurturing therapist is priceless.
We all have a need to feel accepted as we are, to feel as though we matter.
As a massage therapist, I am honored and humbled to be of service to another person's peace of mind.
You do matter to me.
Then we will discuss any particular problem areas you want addressed during the session.
The massage room itself is warm, quiet and low-lit with soft music for your relaxation.
