Services
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses heated basalt stones to deliver deep muscle relaxation. The stones warm tissues while therapists combine Swedish techniques with targeted pressure. This treatment improves circulation, eases chronic pain, and calms the nervous system through controlled heat application.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage addresses pregnancy-related discomforts through specialized positioning and gentle techniques. Therapists focus on lower back, hips, and legs while avoiding abdominal pressure. This service reduces swelling, alleviates sciatic pain, and promotes better sleep for expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy creates suction to decompress muscles and fascia. Glass or silicone cups lift tissues, improving blood flow and lymphatic drainage. This treatment relieves chronic pain, breaks up scar tissue, and supports respiratory health by stimulating circulation and reducing inflammation in targeted areas.
Couples Massage
Couples Massage provides simultaneous treatments in a shared environment. Two therapists work on separate tables using customized techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone. This service strengthens relationships through shared relaxation while addressing individual wellness needs in a romantic, stress-free setting.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage employs long strokes and kneading motions to promote full-body relaxation. Therapists use effleurage and petrissage techniques to reduce stress hormones, improve circulation, and enhance sleep quality. This foundational therapy serves as both standalone treatment and preparation for deeper tissue work.
