Providing Massage Therapy, Signature Spa Treatments, Yoga Classes, Meditation and Breathwork, we are here to help you achieve and maintain personal wellness. Our Spa Treatments are very popular, featuring mud wraps, sugar scrubs, hot stones, and paraffin applications. YOGA classes are currently offered IN PERSON at our studio. We like to think of our studio as a respite from the demands of everyday living.

Our success lies in our approach to our clients which is professional, friendly and comforting all at once. We want our clients to feel at ease in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere that is highly conducive to letting go. Find what works for you to obtain and maintain personal wellness. Maureen's Yoga Classes are currently available through Zoom.
If you are interested, you can call 401-450-4172 or sign up through our gift certificate page (Sign-up Here).
Under Services, you would select "Yoga for Inner Calm" and select the Monday evening or Wednesday morning series.
Maureen is a Certified Personal Trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and is a Certified Yoga Teacher through YogaFit.
She is also a licensed cosmetologist with a background in hair, skin and nails, is certified in Reflexology, and has completed Hot Stone Therapy training.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork.
It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation.
The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
With an emphasis on relaxation and letting go of stress and tension - both physical and emotional - this classic and timeless technique of Swedish massage is used to deeply relax tense muscles, detoxify the body and rejuvenate the mind.
Classes provide a mild cardiovascular workout as well as gently increasing flexibility, strength and endurance.
Classes also focus on breathing and relaxing the mind to allow the body to flow with ease.
There are many benefits of yoga, to name a few, improves circulation, boosts immune system, improves balance, increases energy, helps to manage stress, relaxes the body and mind and much more.
The format for the yoga classes is a committed series of 4 or 8 classes.
In-person spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot.
