Services
Amanda Sarley-Weng became a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in 2017 after completing 500 hours of coursework at the Southern California Health Institute.
Amanda continually looks to widen her range of knowledge and in 2018 she became a certified IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) L1 practitioner.
Amanda strives to provide a personalized treatment session based on each client's unique needs and training goals.
When training for a sport or for life, proper body maintenance is crucial to prevent injuries, continue performing at a high level, and reach your athletic goals.
One goal of The Health Operative is to meet you where you are-whether your preference is a session in the comfort of your home or backyard-Amanda will be there (wearing a mask)!
In the event of a cancellation the client must either give notice the day before (prior to 10pm) the appointment OR within 6 hrs of scheduled massage session if rescheduling the same day.

All package or single sessions must be purchased ahead of time to reserve your spot(s).
This can be done via Venmo/PayPal or bringing a check or cash to your last paid session.
I'll bring the massage table, paraben-free massage lotion, a theragun, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) tools.
We'll start by discussing previous injuries and what your goals are for the massage session.
Throughout the session, feel free to ask questions and request pressure changes.
This is your massage session.
You'll provide the space for the treatment.
I need 6 x 10 ft of open space.
I can usually find enough space to work in small studios or one bedroom apartments and can help with creative shuffling of furniture.
