I believe it is our birthright to experience true freedom from within throughout our life. Sometimes it is easier than others to touch in with the part of ourselves that knows our highest truth. The truth that you are worthy of feeling freedom within your body, mind, and heart as often as possible. My mission is to support people on their path towards deepening their connection with themselves.

Through massage, bodywork, yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork practices, and Kambo ceremonies, it is my honour to hold space for each person's personal journey towards their embodied radiance.
Services
Almost a decade ago, I was guided to support people through sacred, nurturing and healing touch therapies.
Through abundant curiosities of my own body, as well as consistent inner healing and growth, of which feels endless, I've found that with meditative movement, conscious dance, plant medicine, various forms of meditation, yoga asana, breathwork and receiving supportive bodywork, I've been more capable of fully softening into the person I wish to be.
With this being said, I know from personal experience that healing is an ever-flowing journey which requires much care, compassion, and devotion.
Touch is one of the first human senses to be experienced and one that we rarely loose over time.
As a massage and bodywork therapist, my education and experience is rooted in women's wellness, muscular and structural support, and light touch therapy.
With almost a decade of experience working with pregnant mothers, high endurance athletes and those who simply need a physically and mentally relaxing moment, it is my honor to support any body's journey.
Please note that all sessions taking place at a clients home will be charged an additional $20 travel fee.
From my personal experience, the intention behind an action is just as important, if not more important, than the act alone.
Most often we see the interaction between intention and action in ceremonies such as weddings and birthdays.
We also see this balance in everyday conversations and even eye contact.
This relationship between intention and action is the foundation of the space I hold during Kambo ceremonies.
Whether intention setting is familiar or unfamiliar to you, I encourage you to have an understanding as to why you are seeking to experience Kambo.
Although Kambo is completely safe when responsibly administered by a trained practitioner, there are a number of people with contraindications who cannot receive Kambo safely.
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list so if you are receiving Kambo, it is imperative that you do your own research.
It is good to be aware that if you are menstruating at the time of your session, it is a common occurrence that Kambo increase menstrual flow for 24 to 36 hours, due to its vasodilation properties.
