There is no judgement here so you are free to tell your therapist if the pressure is too much or too little, you're too hot or too cold, you need something worked on longer or left alone, or you just don't like the song that's on!

By The Minute Modalities are 15, 30, 45, or 60 Minute Sessions that are priced by the length of the session and consist of Assisted Stretching or Chair Massage.
They also are not included in any deals.
30 Minute Services are meant to focus on specific areas of concern and not on the body as a whole.
Full body sessions are not offered at 30 minutes (with the exception of By The Minute Services).
