Cancelling of an appointment with less than 24 hours, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent of redeeming a gift certificate, will result in the forfeiture of that certificate.
Of course, I understand that labor, emergencies and illnesses happen!
If labor begins, you have a fever, have been vomiting or have been contagiously ill within 24 hours, or your children are sick and need you at home, please cancel!
