Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to promote deep relaxation and improve circulation. This gentle technique is ideal for reducing muscle tension, easing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. Our therapists customize pressure levels to suit individual preferences, making it perfect for first-time clients or those seeking regular maintenance therapy.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension and pain through focused, firm pressure on deeper muscle layers. This technique addresses specific areas of discomfort, such as back pain or tight shoulders, while improving posture and mobility. It is particularly beneficial for athletes or individuals recovering from injuries.
Prenatal Massage
Specially designed for expectant mothers, prenatal massage relieves common pregnancy-related discomforts like back pain and swelling. Using gentle, supportive positioning, our therapists help reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation for both mother and baby throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Chair Massage
Chair massage delivers quick, targeted relief for neck, back, and shoulder tension in a seated position. Ideal for workplace wellness programs or event settings, this 10-15 minute service requires no undressing and provides immediate stress relief without disrupting daily routines.
Dermalogica Facials
Customized Dermalogica facials address individual skin concerns using professional-grade products. These treatments cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate skin while targeting issues like acne, aging, or sensitivity. Clients receive personalized skincare recommendations to maintain healthy, glowing results between sessions.
