At your first appointment, I will review your health history and current physical condition.
I will want to know what goals you would like to meet with massage-Do you want to just relax?
Do you have specific areas of muscle tension that you would like to have addressed?
I will then have you dress down to your level of comfort (which can be staying clothed) while I am out of the room.
You will lay on the massage table under the cloth draping.
I will only undrape the area being massaged.
Your modesty will be respected at all times.
