Stephanie Farrer Message Therapy
Stephanie Farrer Massage Therapy, Inc. specializes in Deep Tissue and Medical Massage Therapy for patients who need pain relief. This is important to me because I suffered from chronic back pain for many years. I understand what it's like to be in pain, but massage therapy helped me overcome it. If you suffer from muscular pain, then Medical Massage Therapy may be beneficial to you.

To book your appointment, call 863-385-7105 or email me Here. My office is located at 1251 US 27 South, inside Golfview Plaza (between Hertz Rental Car and Wauchula State Bank) in Sebring. I am available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM by appointment. For detailed information about my practice, please see About My Practice and Policies and Procedures.

I look forward to working with you!
Services
Relaxation Massage: Full body massage using long, soothing strokes with light pressure to increase circulation and stimulate lymphatic fluid flow.
I recommend this style for a first massage or for those who do not enjoy or tolerate deeper pressure techniques.
Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage Therapy: Can be full body or upper body only, using a range of medium to deep pressure with strokes focusing on specific muscles or muscular groups.
I see this as goal-oriented massage therapy.
For this reason, it is used to treat pain and relax muscles.
Cranial Release Technique (CRT) is a way to achieve overall health and well-being.
The body was not designed to deal with the massive everyday stress most of us face-and many believe that stress is to blame for the development of virtually every disease.
The name "Cranial Release Technique" often prompts many to ask the question, "Is this some sort of cranial manipulation"?
The answer is NO.
CRT is a method of stretching specific muscles in an effort to help the body achieve a state of balance.
My goal is to help patients overcome chronic pain through massage therapy.
I got into massage therapy to help patients who suffer from muscular pain, and my practice focuses mainly on targeted work.
My first question to my patients is always "Are you hurting anywhere?"
Although my focus is on pain relief, if you do not want deeper, targeted work-all you have to do is let me know.
I want all of my patients to see themselves as an ACTIVE part of a team with me, working together so that pain no longer has control.
