Services
Float Therapy
Floatation therapy provides complete sensory deprivation in a buoyant Epsom salt solution. This zero-gravity environment reduces physical stress while promoting deep mental relaxation. Regular sessions demonstrate measurable benefits for chronic pain management, anxiety reduction, and improved sleep quality through cortisol regulation.
Massage Therapy
Customized massage treatments address specific musculoskeletal needs using Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone techniques. Our licensed therapists combine traditional methods with modern approaches to alleviate chronic tension, improve circulation, and enhance recovery from physical strain or athletic activity.
Endermologie
Cellu M6 Alliance technology delivers targeted cellulite reduction through motorized roller therapy. This non-invasive treatment improves skin texture, enhances lymphatic drainage, and supports body contouring goals through specialized mechanical stimulation of connective tissues.
Facial Treatments
Professional skincare services combine exfoliation, hydration, and targeted treatments to improve skin health. Options include microdermabrasion, microneedling, and customized facials that address specific concerns like aging, acne, or sun damage through evidence-based product application.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna sessions provide deep tissue heating at lower ambient temperatures than traditional saunas. This technology promotes detoxification through perspiration, enhances circulation, and supports muscle recovery while maintaining comfortable thermal conditions for heat-sensitive individuals.
