As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker one of my goals is to provide healing touch for my clients. The other is to educate them about what Massage & Bodywork can do for them. Whether you are an active and overall healthy person wanting to maintain that, trying to rebuild your health, or have specific health challenges, everyone and every day is unique.

The Bodywork modalities I work in are a blend of Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Feldenkrais, Nurturing Touch, and GYROTONIC. I apply them differently with each client each session depending on their goals for their body that day. I am also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and provide that therapy for my clients if needed. I love learning and being able to pass that knowledge onto my clients to provide them with the best quality of care I can.

Since 2010 I have worked with clients of all ages and stages of development from Birth to 102 providing Massage Services and Education. I greatly enjoy working in many different communities to provide as many people in need as possible with quality care.
Services
Massage provides many health benefits not only to the body, but also to the mind and spirit.
Whether you just want to relax or do more focused work on some areas of your body, there are several modalities of Massage that are available.
Some approach Massage from an Eastern philosophy such as Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Tui Na, Polarity, Qi Gong and more.
And some from a Western philosophy such as Swedish, Craniosacral, Trigger Point, Lymphatic, Deep Tissue and Structural Integration.
GYROTONIC is a unique movement method for all ages and physical abilities that draws from the principles of yoga, tai chi, swimming, and dance.
Developed by Juliu Horvath in 1982, the GYROTONIC method utilizes circular, flowing movements, which blend together rhythmically.
These exercises allow each movement to flow into the next, allowing the joints, muscles and limbs to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression while simultaneously stretching and strengthening the muscles and muscle attachments.
