At Lift Total Wellness we believe in the transformative effect of Pilates and movement. We are proud to have been selected as Georgia's only authorized Pilates Balanced Body CoreAlign Instructor Training Center and Studio. Terisha's Pilates instruction increases core strength. It tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles and sculpts long, lean muscles while correcting posture and reducing pain.

Terisha offers a wide range of therapeutic techniques. Every individual has different needs, and those techniques are blended to create a customized, unique session every time. Terisha is one of only three certified, in the state of Georgia, in the Arvigo Technique Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM). CoreAlign brings the mind-body, rehabilitation and fitness worlds together in one unique apparatus.

The Arvigo Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM) Technique is well suited to assist in the relief and healing of heartburn, constipation, IBS and other digestive problems.
This ATMAM technique is also perfect for issues of the female reproductive system such as: infertility, fibroids, endometriosis, irregular cycles, pms, menopausal and other hormone fluctuations.
A majority of Terisha's clients come for infertility issues.
Other issues that may be relieved are headaches, backaches, and lymphatic stagnicity.

With 6 years of direct teaching of CoreAlign to clients, I have earned the designation Master Trainer from CoreAlign.
Master Trainer simply means that I am trained to train other Instructors anywhere in the US.
As an Authorized Training Center (ATC), Lift Total Wellness is the first and only studio that has been approved to teach CoreAlign Instructors this repertoire in Atlanta, and the first in Georgia.
People who practice Pilates, even as infrequently as once a week, and concentrate for a 50 minute session while "giving it their all, " see more improvements than those who practice more regularly but don't make the effort when they are working out.

I have been participating in the Senior Olympics for the last 10 years and which it comes the occasional muscle injury and pain associated with trying to do too much with an old chassis.
The biggest benefit has been is when she works with me on the exercises I can do daily to keep everything working smoothly and keep from pulling or tearing something else.
She cares about me getting well and not having any health issues versus having me come back to her office every week to work on what ails me now.
