Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses flowing strokes to improve circulation and reduce muscle tension. Ideal for relaxation and general wellness, it addresses stress-related discomfort through effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement techniques. Clients benefit from improved joint mobility and decreased cortisol levels during 60-120 minute sessions.
Deep Tissue
Targeting chronic muscle pain and knots, deep tissue therapy applies focused pressure to connective tissues. Effective for injury recovery and postural alignment, it incorporates friction and myofascial release. Recommended for athletes and individuals with repetitive strain injuries during 75-120 minute sessions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses suction to increase blood flow and relieve muscle tension. This ancient technique addresses pain points by creating negative pressure that loosens tight fascia. Combines with massage for enhanced recovery from sports injuries or chronic pain during 60-90 minute sessions.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to foot and hand zones corresponding to body systems. This non-invasive therapy promotes relaxation and improves circulation by stimulating nerve pathways. Beneficial for stress reduction and digestive issues during 60-75 minute sessions.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones to relax muscles and enhance circulation. The penetrating heat reduces tension while cold stones provide contrast therapy benefits. Combines with aromatherapy for stress relief during 60-120 minute sessions.
