This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading and deep circular movements to help relax and energize you. This technique uses slower more forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injury. 30 minute sessions are a more efficient and convenient way to pin point certain areas of the body that need work.
