I am fully vaccinated and expect my clients to be, as well. If you are a current client, please understand I will be asking to see your vaccination cards and new clients, please bring them to your first appointment. This is for the safety of everybody that enters my bodywork studio. This also assures me that I am providing a safe environment for all of my clients.

Be well and be kind. If you're looking for a Board Certified Massage Therapist, you've come to the right place! I will be sure to get back to you in a timely manner to confirm the details of your appointment, and also answer any questions you might have.
Services
My bodywork journey started in 2006.
I began my path at The American Institute Of Alternative Medicine in the Massage Therapy Program.
I have been practicing bodywork ever since.
I am so grateful for the gifts that have been imparted to me through touch.
My practice is a trauma sensitive practice.
What this means is I work with clients to offer the safest possible experience in my treatment room.
It involves communication between myself and the client to help establish goals and instill safety and a calm environment for the treatment.
AKA Swedish Massage/relaxation massage.
The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle tissue in the body.
Deep tissue massage is an effective method for releasing chronic stress areas in the body.
Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to ensure my client stays as comfortable as possible.
Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork is the highest voluntary credential a massage therapist can obtain within the profession-it is above and beyond entry level state licensure.
By becoming Board Certified, I represent a community of therapists who have gone above standard educational and work experience requirements with a dedicated and lifelong commit to continuing education.
Furthermore, I live up to higher standards and ethics in alignment with The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
Dia has been a great addition to our recovery strategy and performance plan for our athletes.
The most valuable thing is the education and awareness she brings to our athletes and performance staff.
I initially damaged my knee in a sports-related accident about 40 years ago.
Over the years, I sought treatment in the US, Japan, Thailand and Korea with varied therapies and indifferent success.
I was referred to Dia in 2018 for Myofascial Release Therapy.
Dia's knowledge of various techniques and her creative way of combining them to treat my unique situation has made a great difference in my life.
