Services
Dr. Tara Osterholz grew up in Platteville, Wisconsin and knew from an early age she wanted to be in the health care field.
Having suffered illness several times as a child and being put on medication after medication with no definitive diagnosis, led Dr. Tara toward a passion for a more holistic and natural health care lifestyle.
She attended the University of Wisconsin Platteville where she received her bachelor's degree before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, where she graduated in 2008.
Kelly's main focus is in Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy which takes a whole body healing approach treating each client's specific needs and goals.
Rather than just treating the symptoms she will also look for the source of the problem and devise a treatment plan.
In 2004 she graduated from Lakeside School of Massage.
Kelly's vast knowledge in many disorders and conditions has been obtained by completing courses in massage for stress and disease, autoimmune diseases and headaches/migraines.
To help athletes reach their peak performance, she offers a stretch session in conjunction with massage.
Sarah Jurgensen resides in Verona with her husband, Al, and their two boys, Isaac and Luke.
In her free time she enjoys running, watching the Packers, skiing, listening to or watching live music, and spending time with her family and friends.
Prior to coming to Verona Chiropractic she spent time as a substitute teacher in the Verona Area School District.
She is thrilled to be working at Verona Chiropractic since chiropractic care is so important to her and has helped her and her family so much.
A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) recognizes many factors that affect your health, including exercise, stress level, sleep, heredity and the environment.
Chiropractic focuses on maintaining your health naturally to help your body resist disease, rather than simply treating the symptoms of disease.
Your body holds the potential to help heal its self naturally and chiropractic helps to ensure that your body is able to use this power by focusing on the nervous system.
We offer a variety of chiropractic techniques to suit your individual needs.
Techniques vary from instrument adjusting with the Activator to the hands on approach.
Dr. Tara and Dr. Lindsey are well versed in many different techniques and will find one or a combination of some that will work best for you and your individual situation.
The Activator is a spring loaded handheld instrument that delivers a controlled, low force, quick thrust.
With the low force fast delivery, patients stay relaxed allowing for a more comfortable and effective adjustment.
