Pregnancy Massage
Specially tailored for expectant mothers, this massage reduces swelling, eases muscle strain, and supports emotional well-being. Using gentle techniques and side-lying positioning, it addresses common discomforts while ensuring safety and comfort throughout pregnancy.

Warm stones placed on key body points melt away stress while enhancing relaxation. This treatment improves blood flow, soothes sore muscles, and creates a calming sensory experience, combining heat therapy with traditional massage techniques for deep rejuvenation.
Seated Chair Massage
A convenient 15-30 minute option performed in a specialized chair, this massage targets shoulders, back, and neck tension. Perfect for quick relief at events or workplaces, it requires no undressing and fits easily into busy schedules.
Craniosacral Therapy
Using light touch to assess and release restrictions in the craniosacral system, this therapy addresses migraines, stress-related conditions, and nervous system imbalances. It promotes self-correction and enhances overall well-being through subtle, non-invasive adjustments.
