Services
Swedish Massage
This foundational technique uses long strokes and kneading movements to promote general relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief, it addresses the whole body unless focusing on specific areas. Our therapists customize pressure levels to suit individual comfort preferences while maintaining therapeutic effectiveness.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this modality addresses chronic tension and specific pain points. Therapists employ sustained pressure and slow strokes to release muscle knots and improve mobility. Particularly beneficial for individuals with repetitive strain injuries or postural imbalances from daily activities.
Craniosacral Therapy
Using light touch techniques, this therapy focuses on the craniosacral system's rhythm to reduce stress and enhance nervous system function. Therapists apply gentle pressure to head, neck, and spine areas to release restrictions. Clients often experience profound relaxation and relief from headaches or TMJ issues.
Sports Massage
Designed for active individuals, this modality combines stretching and deep tissue work to enhance athletic performance. Therapists focus on injury prevention, muscle recovery, and range-of-motion improvement. Techniques adapt to specific sports requirements while addressing common overuse conditions.
Lomi Lomi Massage
This traditional Hawaiian practice uses rhythmic forearm strokes to promote energy flow and deep relaxation. Therapists incorporate flowing movements that create a wave-like sensation across muscle groups. The technique helps release emotional tension while providing physical benefits through sustained pressure patterns.
