Hi! I'm Monika, a licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher committed to helping improve your wellbeing.
Each of my clients has unique needs but all come to me for one thing: support on their journey to health and wholeness.
The three primary tools I use for pain, stress relief, and transformation are massage, yoga, and essential oils.
To provide this support, I tap into my formal training as well as my experiences as a teacher, missionary, and mom.
My own journey is a search for truth, understanding, and heart opening.
