Founder, Cathy Arce, LMT has over 15 years experience and is an active part in the day-to-day operations of Massage Center. The staff is made of both female and male therapists who are all skilled and trained in the various modalities of massage that we offer. Since 2005, Massage Center has provided a rich, holistic environment for the sole purpose of assisting busy people find a sense of balance and healing tranquility.

We are a group of people who believe in the healing power of massage. The many therapists on staff commit to doing everything possible to help you feel rejuvenated and alive. We know that life in today's stressful world is getting harder and harder to manage. Massage Center can be your oasis.

Here at Massage Center, we strive to help our clients live well, practice care, and be at peace.
As we expand our mission, we are excited to introduce Guided Meditations happening every Tuesday afternoon in September.
These will be guided meditation sessions during the week for those who would like to take some time to release stress and tension, clear your mind, and relax the body.
This will give you the opportunity to return to work recharged physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Meditation takes us from survival to creation.

Who are you going to partner with?
A couple is just the two of you, your partner does not need to be your romantic partner.
They could be a best friend, family member, or anyone who is interested in learning about great massage techniques with you!.
Thankfully, people are beginning to realize that massage is not only an uplifting experience, but als0 a necessity to help achieve your best self physically, mentally and spiritually.
Though the two most obvious and known advantages of routine massage are relaxation and relieving tension, massage is more than that.
The benefits are substantial.
Fosters faster healing of strained muscles and sprained ligaments, reduces pain and swelling, reduces formation of excessive scar tissue.
When you receive a massage- especially for the time- you may feel like you need to "help" the therapist move your arm, legs etc.
Though this may seem like the most courteous thing to do, it actually makes the therapist's job a little harder.
When you're getting a massage, it's hard to not think.
Don't wonder about what you're supposed to do later on that day, or what you should've done earlier.
Quiet your mind, and focus on how great this massage is feeling!.
Maintaining a steady breathing pattern will help you focus on the sensations you're feeling in your body rather than the internal monologue that's running through your mind.
