This is where therapist and client will discuss client's previous health history, current state of health, focus areas, health goals, concerns, and therapeutic plan.

Once informed consent has been given and a plan is communicated between the therapist and the client, the client will disrobe to their comfort level and lay on the table between the linens face down (prone) or face up (supine) depending on each individual therapeutic plan.
This is where therapist and client will discuss client's previous health history, current state of health, focus areas, health goals, concerns, and therapeutic plan.
