Summer has years of experience in both a spa and medical setting, working with clients from recreational to professional athletes. She uses a variety of methods to create a session specific to her client's goals. With training in Deep Tissue & Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Scraping, Fascial Release, SportStretch and currently working on her Level 1 certification in Neurokinetic Therapy.

A Sports Massage can be performed over the clothes using firm pressure techniques such as compressions, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active release therapy, cupping and scraping.
This type of therapy reduces muscle tension and pain, improves range of motion, corrects posture, prevents injury and rehabilitates back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
