His ability to find balance between a physical fitness regimen and serenity fueled his inspiration to teach other people the art of yoga. Jamie's personal journey led him to complete his 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Red Hot Yoga in 2014 to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance. In 2016, he began the quest to complete the 500-hour yoga teacher certification, completing the training in 2017. Jamie enjoys assisting yogis with finding inner peace and tranquility through physical movement of the body.
