We focus on the yoga. We specialize in how to teach it and our idea is for you to have the best class possible, the class that you need, by letting the yoga work the way that it can. We've always held firm to our commitment to keeping the class quality high and the prices low. We love yoga and massage and we want you to love them too. There are 8 limbs or branches of yoga.

The practice of yoga postures or poses is called Asana. The yoga classes taught at Red Hot Yoga & Massage are an Asana-based practice focused on correct structural alignment within the body. More detailed individual class descriptions are available by visiting the FAQ page of our website. Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft tissue within the body (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments).

Massage therapy can enhance a person's overall health and well-being. Many people seek massage therapy services to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, or promote overall health and wellness.
