The Bodhi Tree is considered the Tree of Life. For me, trees represent strength, renewal and calmness. These are traits that I try to provide to my clients. Whether it is through soothing Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Bodywork, Meditation Services or soon to be offered Traditional Hatha Yoga, I strive to help you feel better when you leave than when you came in.

I have been practicing massage therapy, here in beautiful Potter County since 2008.
My scope in practice is truly-mind body.
My goal with each client that I work with, is not only to "feel better", but to be able to educate them on how the muscles in your body work and how to take better care of themselves and truly transform.
Since then, my love of bodywork has only grown and I have continued my education by taking classes through the Upledger Institute, for Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Advanced-Trainings, for Myofascial Work and have taken classes through the AMTA for Lymphatic Drainage.
