Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets specific problem areas with concentrated pressure techniques. This method addresses chronic muscle tension from overuse or injury while improving range of motion. Particularly effective for persistent back and neck pain, this treatment combines deep compression with traditional Swedish strokes for comprehensive relief.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release focuses on alleviating tension in the body's connective tissues. This gentle yet effective technique addresses trauma recovery, surgical scar tissue, and chronic pain conditions like migraines and PTSD symptoms. The treatment promotes structural realignment through sustained pressure application to restricted fascial areas.
