Andy is a graduate of the prestigious Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York and is also a member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). Andy grew up in Little Falls, NY, graduated from Dolgeville Central School in 2001 and received his bachelors degree from SUNY Geneseo in 2005. He has always had a passion for athletics and physical training.

Having worked as a personal trainer, participated in several sports throughout school and recording elite level run times while serving in the United States Navy, Andy understands the benefit of massage therapy for optimizing performance, recovery and overall health maintenance. His goal is to help you reach your full movement potential and significantly reduce or eliminate pain.

Every bodywork session is tailored to your needs. I may perform techniques such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point, myofascial release, sports, shiatsu or stretching work. Any and all of these modalities are included at no extra charge.

It mainly promotes a state of relaxation, and plays a key role in decreasing pain and stress while increasing the body's overall wellness.
Swedish Massage involves long, gliding strokes, kneading strokes, rhythmic tapping strokes and range of motion of the joints.
This work mostly addresses the superficial layers of muscles.
It can be both relaxing and energizing depending on the clients needs.
Also know as Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle.
