I am so greatful that I chose A Natural Touch Massage. I have chronic pain in my lower back and hips which led me to try massage for relief. I was so surprised how Angela could tell about all the problems I was having and worked all the tightness out.
Due to my condition some of the stretches were uncomfortable, but it was exactly what I was looking for, I want to gain mobility back and this is the ticket. She also showed me some stretches that I can do at home to help as well. The next morning I woke up sore, but it was a good sore that made me feel energetic and like there was hope that I can regain a lot of range of motion that I had thought I was lost and impossible to get back.

With my previous history as an nurse, I have a strong focus in geriatric and chronic disease process that also deal in turn with chronic pain issues.
My other specialties were pediatric and wound care.

As many of you are aware, The nation as a whole is facing a health issue that has many concerned with going out in public let alone take care of themselves.
I wanted to reassure all of our clients that here at A Natural Touch Massage we practice health safety on a daily basis.
We practice hygiene safety, by cleaning the office regularly, however, due to the increased length of the virus remaining viable for 10-12 hours, we will be increasing the frequency to several times a day instead of at the beginning and end of the day.
