Carrie Lane, LMT I'm a licensed Massage Therapist, dog mom and lover of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I went to the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy. I'm licensed under the board of nursing, I'm hot stone certified and have been practicing since 2016. I start every session with reflexology and do a hybrid of Sports, Swedish, and trigger point work. Combining acupressure, joint mobilization, and guided breath work, I love to help people regain control over their muscles.

I believe massage is important in every aspect of life. Regular massage supports a healthy immune system. It provides a chance for your body to heal not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. It can foster increased body awareness and correct posture. It can assist you in coping with various psychological conditions. It can help rehabilitate old injuries and help avoid new ones.

read more › You should wear whatever makes you smile. In general, I step out of the room while you undress to your level of comfort and lay down on the table under sheets and/or blankets. You will be draped in a modest way during the massage and we will discuss your boundaries before the session to be sure you can relax. If stretching is a part of your goals, leaving underwear or active wear bottoms on is encouraged. There is no wrong answer where your comfort is concerned, and I will always clearly express my boundaries as well.
