Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses gentle pressure and long strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief and muscle tension, this technique benefits those new to massage or preferring lighter touch. Our therapists customize sessions to address individual wellness goals.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this therapy addresses chronic pain and injury recovery. Focused techniques realign connective tissue, alleviate tension, and improve mobility. Recommended for persistent muscle tightness and postural imbalances through specialized therapeutic application.
Prenatal Massage
Specially trained therapists provide prenatal massage to support maternal wellness. This service reduces pregnancy-related discomfort, eases joint pain, and promotes emotional well-being. Sessions enhance circulation and prepare the body for labor while ensuring safety for both mother and baby.
Myofascial Release
Gentle myofascial techniques release connective tissue restrictions for lasting pain relief. This method addresses chronic tightness and movement limitations by targeting the fascial system. Therapists apply sustained pressure to restore tissue elasticity and improve functional mobility.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth heated stones warm muscles while therapists combine massage techniques for deep relaxation. The heat enhances circulation and melts tension, creating a soothing experience. This 90-minute session combines thermal therapy with targeted muscle work for comprehensive stress relief.
