200 hour YTT from the Kripalu Institute.
Favorite Style: Finding the best combination to be effective in therapeutic/orthopedic, trigger-point, myofascial release, traditional and integrated Thai, energetic work, sports massage and stretching, Specializing in neck, back and shoulders.
Favorite Style: Specializes in an eastern/western intuitive style bodywork using a combination of Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, triggerpoint, craniosacral, myofascial release, shiatsu, and therapeutic swedish.
