Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic pain and muscle tension using focused pressure with forearms, elbows, and thumbs. Addresses postural issues and aids recovery for athletes or those with physical injuries, promoting long-term relief and improved mobility.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage enhances athletic performance and recovery with techniques like deep pressure and friction to break down adhesions. Beneficial pre- or post-event, it includes stretching to alleviate soreness and improve flexibility for active individuals.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses heated basalt stones to deliver deep, soothing strokes that relax muscles and increase circulation. The stones' warmth aids mental relaxation and allows customizable pressure levels, creating a peaceful, full-body rejuvenation experience.
