Whether you are looking for light to medium pressure general relaxation, or firm pressure deep tissue and/or trigger point work this is a 60 min massage your way.
As your therapist I will communicate with you in order to customize your experience.

Choose a specific trouble area (Examples: Neck, Shoulders, Upper or Lower Back, Legs or Arms, Feet or Hands etc.)
Cupping sessions include a combination of hands-on massage time and cupping.
Cupping is the use of suction cups to create a negative pressure much like a reverse of compression applied with the hands.
