This is my golden opportunity to introduce myself to you. Briefly, I strive to help people reduce stress and tension in their bodies and minds so that they can lead vital, healthy, and productive lives. I do this mainly through the natural, manual modalities of Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology on the hands and feet. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy as well as reflexology is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body.

I believe in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to the best results possible. I enjoy working with clients of all ages from teenager to the elderly. I also feel especially fortunate to have the opportunity to work with expecting mothers doing prenatal massage. Regarding my credentials, I am a graduate of BSOM (Baltimore School of Massage/Steiner Education Group) and a member of the America Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

The State of Maryland Board Massage Therapy Examiners Dept. of Health Related Boards, has granted me the title of a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board Certified in Bodywork and Massage Therapy (BCTMB).

For most of the people, reflexology starts showing benefits immediately once starts massaging the foot.
However, few experience tiredness, weakness, need to urinate, and so symptoms; that too vanishes in the next session of reflexology massage and thereafter they can reap the benefits.
Gives total relaxation: Reflexology slow down your heart rate, lower blood pressure, slow your breathing rate, encourage deep breathing, reduce stress, relieve depression, and reduces heart attack & stroke risk.

Reflexology (or foot reflexology) is a therapy based on the principle that there are small and specific areas of innervation in the hands and feet that correspond to specific muscle groups or organs of the body.
In this system, the nerve endings in the extremities provide a "map" of the rest of the body.
Examples are the base of the little toe representing the ear, or the ball of the foot representing the lung.
Through the application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology is said to promote benefits such as the relaxation of tension, improvement of circulation, and support of normalized function in the related area in the body.
