Services
Swedish Massage
Our Swedish massage combines long, flowing strokes with kneading techniques to promote deep relaxation and improve circulation. Ideal for stress relief and general wellness, this classic treatment helps release muscle tension while enhancing oxygen flow throughout the body. Therapists adjust pressure levels to accommodate individual comfort preferences.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, our deep tissue massage addresses chronic pain and muscle tightness through focused pressure techniques. This treatment helps break down adhesions and realign tissue fibers to improve mobility and reduce discomfort. Therapists work systematically to address specific problem areas identified during consultation.
Hot Rock Massage
Hot rock massage utilizes heated stones placed strategically on the body to warm muscles and enhance relaxation. The combination of direct heat and massage techniques promotes deeper tissue penetration while creating a soothing sensory experience. Temperature-controlled stones are used to ensure client comfort and safety.
Pregnancy Massage
Specifically designed for expectant mothers, pregnancy massage addresses common discomforts associated with pregnancy through modified positioning and gentle techniques. This treatment helps alleviate back pain, reduce swelling, and promote better sleep while ensuring proper support and comfort throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Acupuncture Treatment
Our acupuncture treatments follow traditional Chinese medicine principles to restore energy flow and promote natural healing. Fine needles stimulate specific points to address pain management, stress reduction, and various health conditions. Sessions are conducted by certified practitioners following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
