Interested in something different? Try our Tai Chi classes. PranaTonic offers Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for pain relief, infertility, sciatica, insomnia, anxiety, stress reduction, cancer support, endometriosis, PMS, menopause and more. We specialize in Tui-Na and Deep Tissue massage therapy. Both of these styles of massage work therapeutically to break up old muscle patterns and adhesions.

Kimball is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.), an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), and a certified group exercise instructor (AFAA), with an extensive background in providing acupuncture, massage, health coaching, health and fitness education, and yoga and meditation instruction for groups and individuals.
We believe "Every Body is a Yoga Body" - there are no special requirements to come and practice yoga here.
Although, if you would read our yoga etiquette guidelines we'd be grateful.
You don't have to know Sanskrit (the ancient language of India), be a pretzel body, or even have a special pair of yoga leggings.
All you need is a desire to move, breathe, and create greater harmony within and around you.
Come as you are, and be welcomed into our cozy community.
Infuse your day with Graceful Yoga Flow ("vinyasa"), Tai Chi focus or experience a Gentle Yoga stretch.
This is a jivamukti style class.
Classes will include mantra, mudra, and meditation; Asana practice will always be accessible to all levels and ages while gently, and intelligently encouraging students to deepen their practice.
This class will benefit those new to yoga who want to develop a safe, alignment-based foundation as well as the more experienced practitioner who may be dealing with pain, injury or recovery.
Students are encouraged to individualize their practices to enhance mobility and strength.

Her keen awareness of body mechanics and the associated structures gives her a unique ability to design a class that is just right for you.
