I have spent a lifetime learning how the body moves and I have been practicing massage for ten years.
My passion is educating you on how to care for your specific muscular imbalances.
These can be caused by stress, repetitive motion, injury or even staying still for too long.
The human body fits together like a puzzle with the muscles knotting and tangling, tearing and tethering and finally healing and scarring.
I tend to focus on the connections and functions of the muscles and the tendency they have to influence numerous ailments, from joint pain to headaches.

I have historically been thick headed about therapy and recovery yet am blessed to be able to have Martin help me keep my body functional. He is knowledgable, thorough, personable, and runs a clean facility. He has helped me through two injuries thus far and I see him on the weekly to keep competing at full capacity. I can't recommend seeing him enough

As the 2015 California Community College 165lb state champ and Sacramento City Colleges Male Athlete of the Year it is most important to be at your peak performace at all times. Working with Martin Stiener has been the most beneficiary source in the rehabilitation of my lower back. For the last few years my lower back would tighten up after long and rigorous workouts. The pain was a combination of constant sourness and occasional sharp pain. As a college wrestler it is extremely important that my body is in the best shape possible to be at a high level. Many times I would have to stop the workout and stretch my back until I could continue. This inconvenience made it hard to be at my full potential. The amount of success I've had with Martin and his techniques have helped me like I could of never believed. The massaging techniques he performs were able to not only loosen up my lower back but everything around it as well. If I ever tweaked my back in a wrestling practice It was crucial that I would see him as soon as possible. The stretching techniques were also incredibly unique and highly successful in moderating any tightness in my back. All in all Martin has played a key role in my wrestling career at Sacrament City College and will continue to help me as I embark on competing at the NCAA D1 level.
