I went to see Adriane because I had "tweaked" my neck and was in a lot of pain. Immediately after a 75 minute massage I felt much better. And, a day later, I feel even better. Not back to 100% just yet, but Adriane's excellent work made a huge difference in how I was feeling. She was very attentive to my body and the spots that were in pain, while also being cautious not to further inflame anything.

Classes will be available Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm or Fridays from 4-6 pm and require a reservation.
We do offer couples massage, but currently, we are booked out into November.
